Things are chaotic at the Church Hall... and they are about to get much, much worse. Helen has arrived with her exuberant group of Brownies. Kath and Bob arrive  for their planned game of badminton whilst arguing incessantly about Bob’s secretary Linda, who also turns up to play, along with  ladies’ man Wayne, and David and Sue in tow. Leonard insists he has also booked the hall for an illustrated talk on steam locomotives and Evonne is certain she has arranged a booking for the rehearsal of her very first pantomime.
